The commercial terms behind every car we place. Anything specific to your purchase is confirmed in writing before payment.
Prices, specifications, and availability are maintained from our ERP and change during the day. A listing is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. Where a car shows as reserved or sold we say so on the listing rather than removing it.
A deposit holds a car or an allocation slot for fourteen days and is fully refundable during that period. It is credited against the invoice on completion. Deposits on Ad Personam or factory-commissioned builds become non-refundable once the build slot is locked, and we confirm that date in writing first.
Every car is described from our own inspection. Collector and classic vehicles are sold with a condition report rather than a warranty. You are welcome to commission an independent inspection at our premises before completion.
Cars under ten years old are supplied with twelve months of mechanical cover unless the listing states otherwise. Consumer rights under Dutch and EU law apply in full and are not limited by these terms.
EU delivery is by enclosed transport. Export customers receive customs documentation, and duty or VAT in the destination country remains the buyer's responsibility unless quoted as a landed cost.
Payment is by bank transfer from an account in the buyer's name. We do not accept cash above the statutory limit, and funds must clear before release of the vehicle.
